    1. Very original story! The plot flows well and is a fast read. It doesn't just get into one characters head, but lets the reader see from other character points of view. It reads more like a narrative, something I'm not use to, but it had an interesting plot of Merlin's childhood-something that isn't written often.

    2. Finished this book, was a pretty good start and the explanations were in depth but also left me wanting more. Excited to go for the second one soon

    3. WTF! How the hell can you get into this story when the narrator rushes through the story? He reads too fast, not giving time to digest what is happening in the story. This is my second attempt at this read. I even slowed down the speed on my Firet good either. Damn. He (narrator) kept throwing me out of what I thought was a great story. Too bad, I give this one star.

    4. I love Bruce Goldwell's imagination. I am excited to be moving to the next book. This is a good book for boys to read.
