    1. Carlos "Whitefeather" Hathcock was the real deal greatest sniper ever Chris Kyle is just a dead rock star im sorry if that offends anyone, but 160 kills in a sandbox is hardly makes for good show of skill 93 kills in a jungle full of mosquitos, snakes, wild animals, disease, and with no drones to aid with intel, that is vocation!

    2. I'm thankful that the authors did such a thorough job and truly knew Hathcock before writing this book. I enjoyed that it was in their own "voice" and format. The cover art is just as well done as the book and the detailing is extraordinary. Well done book all around. As far as Carlos Hathcock - an amazing man with challenges off the battlefield that rivaled those on it. Much respect to wife, Jo Hathcock as well.

    3. As a US Marine, I considered this book as required reading. Having met Gunny Hatchcock and serving in multiple overseas tours I can relate to his story readily. The opening is wrenching, the background is inspiring, and this is a must read for military supporters and enthusiasts!

    4. What a great story, another story I had heard as a boy. And finally got read the true side. It does get slow in spots but thats normal in a real life. The stories of being hunted hunted by the best from other countries.Because they know he's the best that has ever hunted humans

    5. Great book to read real life story of a great marine ! Was in U.S.A.F.Stationed in danang 1968 - 1969 uld not give enough credit to the ground troops of Vietnam ! Signed Jim Smallwood

    6. Probably the baddest motherfucker to ever walk the Earth aside from BA Baracus and Sloth from the Goonies.

    7. Definitely not as good as everyone claims. Almost painful to read after reading Marine Sniper by Henderson.
