    1. I really enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the story, location it was set & the few twists that were in it. At times I could predict some outcomes & direction the book was headed but it certainly kept me enjoying it from start to finish. I read to be taken on a journey & to escape from my daily routine & this definitely provided that for me. I enjoy reading about Africa & the lives there & the big game that come with safaris so an all round winner for me.

    2. It tries to keep you in suspense, but was still a little predictable. I didn't feel that the main characters were very well developed, and it felt a little to formulaic for my liking. I enjoy reading books set in Africa, but this book did not really describe much more than stereotypes. So I was a little disappointed. However it was interesting enough to get me to the end!
