    1. This was a did not finish book for me. You have a bratty juvenile delinquent causing problems for his older sister, two parents with serious medical issues who require their daughter's care, and problems at her construction job. Way too much real life drama for me. I read books to escape, not be depressed by everyday life drowning the reader.

    2. Hot damn, I just found a new author to stalk think I'll like this series, a lot!

    3. Unfortunately, the reality of Trey doesn't exceed past a possibility, so this was another "meh" read in my quest for good MC romances. On one thought though, the heroine was kind of pleasantly different and there was a do-gooder quality about the MC involved that kind of made them less badass, but more respectable, on another front altogether: scaring teenage delinquents straight[a teenager in question being the younger brother of the heroine]. It was a variation with merit on the author's side.I [...]

    4. Loved itLoved itDidn't realise that Hiding in Plain Sight was before this story, will have to go and buy it now.Really enjoyed this book. The characters were great and the storyline interesting. Great sexy bits with the H and h connecting in a believable way. Will definitely be reading more from this series.

    5. Well this review ought to be fun to write, lots of notes and highlights I did, and why you asked BECAUSE I FREAKIN' LOVED THIS DAMN BOOK! Trey is a man that has never been taken by surprise, well not until Dallas literally walks through his door, "in all his years and all he'd seen, Trey wasn't easily shocked. But the little vision of loveliness standing in doorway knocked him on his effing a**." And the way he cares off the bat is something he's not used to either, "sh**, pretty girl. That's a [...]

    6. Looks like I'm in the minority here but this was just okay for me. Probably wont be in a rush to read more of the series based off of this book. Not terrible, just not all that good.

    7. This is my first book from this author and the first the MC (Motorcycle club) genre, I got interested in MC after reading a glimpse of it in Whisper Falls , though this one gave a different impression than the one in whisper falls.I liked this book, it was adorable and flipping awesome in it's tough-guy but gentleman-bear-like persona. At first I was trying to get over the shock of the Trey's sexual tastes: he's into a bit of rough sex, he's ok with 3P but that was held me for a bit like how wou [...]

    8. I put off reading this book for a while because of the reviews that Trey (H) made out with a club whore. Since I am in a reading slump, I wanted to give this a try. I found the scene and it indeed pissed me off. However, I did believe Trey’s grovel and his promise that he won’t be doing any touchy-feely with ow ever again. He also suffered a bit as Dallas (h) disappeared from his life for a few days. All in all, there was no outright intentional cheating and the story was good. I liked the an [...]

    9. Trey is more than a possibility to me, I definitely would take Trey. This book was really a 4.5 to me with a strong leaning towards 5 stars. The author has probably written one of the best approaches to a bad ass MC with hot alpha males that really sucked me in. I have read many of Hornbuckle’s other books and liked most of them. She has an excellent writing style and the ability to suck me in and involve me with the characters she writes about. In this book she tells the story of Trey, the pr [...]

    10. I always want to know Trey's story when I read about Brand and Reese. That's why I'm so happy when I got his book and his Dallas is a rare gem too. I'm not into a hardcore biker story, I can't stand them! So I love with this type of biker romance, no stupid cheating H who sleeping around when he declare his love to the h because he is a badass biker! Nope, this not one of those and a plumber h, oh did I mention before I love the h too?:)

    11. apparently (view spoiler)[cheating H (hide spoiler)] author not for me /review/show/review/show <--book 2 even worse!

    12. Dallas Sheridan had grown up hearing about the nefarious deeds of the motorcycle club called the Hellions. It was every teenage girls warning to not fall into the hands of the members from the clubs where they let everything go and women were just an object. Dallas hadn't made a true connection that her job as a female plumber at HC was actually owned by the Hellion MC. When her brother ends up in trouble again, Dallas has to ask for an advance on pay which puts her in front of the President of [...]

    13. This is a sweet little MC read. I loved Dallas. She was a normal girl trying to keep her family together. Her parents were both disabled and her baby brother was constantly in trouble. She's a plumber, which is an unusual job for a girl. The construction company she works for is owned by the Hellions MC. The Hellions are trying to go strictly legit especially after some issues in the past, but they aren't afraid to get their hands dirty either. Trey is the MC President. He is definitely an alpha [...]

    14. 4.5* This is what I thought was the start to a great series, only to get to the end and find that Hiding in Plain Sight, which was on my Kindle unread, is a prequel to this series. I am reading that now. Only one major spoiler given in Trey's book about what happens with Brand and Reese. If you haven't read this book yet, put it down and read the prequel first. I'm all about order and like seeing this glimpse of Trey before he has the Prez title. Now on to this book, I really loved the main char [...]

    15. A great beginning with interesting characters but all too soon, it kind of became fuzzy and not as exciting. Trey seems like a good guy but act like a teenager at times, it seemed very strange given his position as President of a MC and company boss. and the way he acts was like asking for trouble really. As for Dallas, I liked her sense of responsibility but she rarely stands up for herself or even realizes she is treated like a slave I would have like her to be more outspoken and maybe playing [...]

    16. Loved it!!Dallas & Trey were great! about Dallas I liked so much (she reminded me of my Ex-Sister in law) tough as nails, take no prisoners, balls to the walls tom-boy with great knockers!! she held down a mans job on a construction site as well lol.is book just hit the spot for me.ere were no pretense to allude to Dallas being some sex pote was a beauty but all natural, which is so appealing after all the hoo hah in most books like this & Olets not forget Trey & the rest the boysoh [...]

    17. JA Hornbuckle is almost, ALMOST an auto buy at this point for me. To me, this was a great biker book. 1) Hot Alpha Male that's a bad ass biker and totally caveman2) A sweet heroine that's struggling to make it while taking care of her family3) A totally hot connection 4) True biker-ness moments that make a story that's already interesting even more so!5) A biker that's brought to his knees when he realizes what his girl means and grovels appropriately!6) Brand is in it!Definitely recommend for a [...]

    18. DNFI got half way and couldn't read any more I thought Dallas would be a take no shit person but she seems to have no back bone, I thought cuz she spends all her time with biker men she would have. mouth tooI didn't feel the hot chemistry between them I thought it be more alpha male bad ass I don't know if my standards are to high or I'm just not liking it :/

    19. FANTASTIC! !!!! When I read the heroine was a plumber, that alone grabbed my attention. It was unique and it absolutely worked.

    20. I really do not like books in the first person and was a little confused at first because her POV was in the first person while he wasn't I think it would have flowed better if not I's but I have to admit this book did grab me and I had to finish it.

    21. Trey Jackson is a big, bad-ass who makes no apologies for his biker life.Having grown up in the Hellion Motorcycle Club and then taking the gavel as president, Trey was more than capable of handling his responsibilities. Just as he was his day-job as president overseeing and leading Hellion Construction and any of his needs of the personal, physical variety.Dallas Sheridan has no time or use for bikers.Even though she suspects she's surrounded by them in her work as the only female plumber for H [...]

    22. 3.5 Stars!! I have mixed feelings about this one! There were parts that I've absolutely liked and parts that I didn't really like. I've loved the hero but really hated the heroine. She seemed majorly naive with a pinch of stupid. Yeah the heroine was this good, taking care of her parents and brother person, but her naivete was disturbing at times ( so the heroine isn't a virgin but still she doesn't know what a lap dance is and other lame things like that). Still, the heroine isn't that bad that [...]

    24. I really loved this book I think it was simply fantastic that being said once I got to the end of the book there is a message saying that a different book was actually the prequel to this series and even though this books can stand on its own two feet I really don't like to read books out of order so now I am going to read the prequel book for the series but it makes me kind of feel like I am taking two steps backwards when I should be reading book 2 next its no big deal because the books can s [...]

    25. I was loving this book, thinking 5+ stars, this is totally the best MC book I've read, so glad I decides to read it and then WHAM: my second least favorite plot point/trope of all time: The Break Up. The book was doing so good! WHHHHYYYYY??? It never really recovered after that. However, if you don't mind unnecessary break ups as a cheap way to "strengthen" a relationship, than by all means, read this one!OH AND ANOTHER THING: when Dallas gets kidnapped (I don't consider this to be a spoiler bec [...]

    26. 4 stars. Very entertaining. I would consider this almost a "tamer" motorcycle book. Don't get me wrong, you still get your bad-boy alpha males, strong heroines, steamy sex, and action/suspense, but it didn't make me want to throw my iPad against a wall when I was reading it like some other stories from this genre. I actually really liked the heroine in this one--she is strong, smart, and sweet, but you get to see a real vulnerable side to her. Probably the only criticism I have with the book its [...]
