The author explained in such a way everyone would understand. Due to health issues I am constantly challenged with dehydration. I drink a large amount of water and have been interested in finding out more information. This is an easy to understand book with several exciting recipes.

    3. I liked how the book was sectioned out. She has it so there is citrus section, spring, summer, fall, winter, etc. She also has a bunch of health facts, including about stress. I'm really into it because of the recipes.
