    1. A very good addition to the series, though this one feels a bit more grim then the previous ones. Less of a 'pulp' feeling and dabbing a little in the vicinity of horror. Perhaps it's the theme of the main monster, or the fact that there's quite a lot of gruesome descriptions of dead bodies, or maybe more sex scenes than the last time.Anyway, I like it ;-).

    2. WowFascinating. Lots of rough language, murder and mayhem. Just like the other two books It takes a lot of action to protect a town from being destroyed by demons. Looking forward to next adventure.

    3. Original review for Daddy & Daughter reviews at: readtomyhearts/20 Daddy's ReviewI am telling you that this series just keeps getting more and more exciting! At first, I was a little skeptical about reading these books but my daughter really wanted to challenge me to get out of my "westerns only" reading and try something new. Well, now I can honestly say I am glad I did. This writer, Mr. Crane, is darn talented. It is just sad you can't find him in every bookstore but only online. I would l [...]

    5. Oh dear. Things are definitely going to hell in a handbag in Midian, Tennessee. But what a story it makes!Throughout this series there is, for me, an underlying note of tension which is being ratcheted up a notch or two with each book released. It's like being on a slippery slope with a fiery pit at the bottom, only someone keeps making the slope steeper and steeper.I adore this series. Yes, it's graphic; yes the language is foul and yes, there are the moments when I read and then just go "EW - [...]

    6. If ever a warning for MATURE READERS was ignored - this is definitely NOT the time! Corrupted will leave you sick to the pit of your stomach, yet unable to put it down. The newest evil to reach Midian, Tennessee will make you wonder if anyone will ever be safe again, but then Read it if you dare and see how the lives of those who live in this god-forsaken town get to grips with the newest layer of hell.

    7. I dunno. I enjoy Crane, he has a nice brisk pace that is great for my light reading, it keeps me engaged but doesn't make me think to much. That said, I think he needs to quit setting up so much (its been three books of setup now) and start actually getting down to the meat and potatoes of his promised character conflict. Seems like he took steps towards that in the last 50 pages, but I will wait and see.

    8. Good ReadThe story is progressing along and pulling the reader in. The demon Hunter is getting much needed backup. Hendrick is now learning that he has a lot to learn with his demonology. My only complaint was there was an enormous amount of profanity, mainly showing up in unnecessary places. That is what took from the book.
