    1 thought on “Tempting Morality”

    1. I'll give this one a 4.5. Everything was good except for the ending. Although, I did appreciate it having an epilogue it didn't quite grab me the way I like it. Loved the romance and secrets hidden with both characters. These two character having difficult pasts came together in one explosive romance. The scene I like the most was the one in the court room where Zach realizes that he loves Morality. It was just epic! I also like the line "I'm not a free man. I'm a married man, bound by word and [...]

    2. What can you do with someone that wants revenge so badly but is actually a good person at heart? Well, the story of Zach Burkett is an interesting human study of betrayal, lies and then redemption, with the help of a loving woman, Miss Morality Brown. I really hated the Uncle Reverand. The story went a bit long for me at 300 pages. This is a historical romance which is almost YA in the sexy scenes although there are a lot of adult themes like abuse, killing, violence, etc I got confused with the [...]

    3. Really liked this book. The bad characters were not all bad, the good characters are flawed. I liked the heroine and enjoyed the hero. I enjoyed the setting as I had not really read a book about Travelling Preachers before and the world seemed believable and not too hackneyed. The sexual elements whilst not "chaste" were tastefully done , an antedote to the normal scenes in similar books.Like others I found the ending really incongruous with the tone of the rest of the book, the Christian messag [...]

    4. Morality is a young, God fearing woman traveling the country (pre-civil war era) with her Reverend Uncle and Patrick her young friend spreading the good word. Until she find out the truth about her past, her present and what in store for her future. This story was a about a girl who was nieve to the world around her and the evil living in the people close to her.

    5. Morality gets caught in Zach's scheme to avenge his mother's murder. This book started out beyond, beyond terrible, which is mainly sad because it ended up pretty good, but if I hadn't been stuck on a bus with nothing else to read, I would not have struggled through.
