    1. ++SPOILERS++4.5 stars for the Ruth Nordin Story and 2.5 stars for the Janet Nitsick one. So went up the middle with a 3 star overall. This book has two novellas. The first is written by Ms. Nordin which is done through hero Jack's POV while the second one (by Ms. Nitsick) is the exact same story done by hero Hugh's POV.Story #1 150 pages approx.I loved Jack, a sweet beta hero who has confidence issues due to an overbearing father, and as such he stutters and is clumsy when nervous or around new p [...]

    2. I very much liked this story of Jack and his Maybell. Jack is so sweet and wants desperately to be loved. Maybell impressed me when she sees Jack for who he is; not his stutter, not his clumsiness, she just sees Jack. A man she very much likes and would like to know a lot better. She didn’t let her father’s attitude or anyone else’s dissuade her. I didn’t care for Hugh’s willingness to go along with the plans of Maybell’s father. I think he’ll redeem himself once we have his book, [...]

    3. Not my favorite Nordin story. Picks up with Opal's sister. This gives you a little catch up with a few of your favorite characters but not Ada. The description makes me think the book would follow Jack but it seems to follow Hugh. Archie sure does change is tune quick !

    4. "A horse neighed. He caught sight of Alex. Hugh sprinted toward the advancing cart. 'Winfred! Winifred! '"

    5. Another great book by Ruth Ann Nordin and Janet Nitsick! I love each of these authors especially when they write together. I loved this book!!
