    1. A Bakers Dozen 2017This is a great ABC book for those little ones who love cars, car parts, fixing cars, racing cars, and pretty much, all things on wheels. The illustrations were bright and colorful and I liked how some of the pages showed opposites. My boy would have loved this as a little kid.

    2. Great illustrations and clever use of old and new references, ie the stagecoach. Love the diversity and all the female nods. Very enjoyable!

    3. I feel as if this is a really good book for younger kids to learn their ABCs. It talks about different types and parts of cars to go over the ABCs.

    4. Alphabet journey through cars and trucks and things that go. Not great for story time but wonderful illustrations. Kids will love.

    5. Plot Summary: This alphabet book is all about things on wheels and parts that go along with driving a car. Each letter represents a car part or vehicle that starts with that letter. Although there are not many words on each page, the pictures help to teach the reader the letter. This book can help children extend their vocabulary by the many things that they see in each picture. Literary Merit:In this book, the style stands out. Each letter of the alphabet is larger than the rest of the text. It [...]

    6. Great alphabet book, especially for those that love cars, trucks, anything that goes! It is a fun way to look at a variety of different words for transportation. the illustrations are simple and engaging. The colors aren't too bright, but bright enough to capture the readers attention. Great book for toddlers!

    7. I was ready to be wild about this one as it is geared for your boys and yes, some girls, because it is about vehicles on wheels. However the illustrations as some points were telling a coherent "storyline" about vehicles found on our streets and what happens to them. One double page spread when from depicting a car hooked up to a computer for a check up which is the current way of checking vehicles to the following page depicting Rr is for rover showing the rover driving on the moon. That was a [...]

    8. Liked it. Straightforward A-Z book with all things 4-wheeled (and a brief appearance by some motorbikes). Cute illustrations, with some spiffy moments happening - like the New/Old car spread. There was one thing that I noticed, and once I realized it, I couldn't unsee it - every page doubles the letters, like Jj, Kk. Ll, etc. And it just reminded me of Mitch Hedberg complaining that he never learned his Aa Bb Ccs. (view spoiler)[(God God Dammit Dammit!) (hide spoiler)]

    9. I thought this book was extremely well done. The design was great, the choices for the letters were great. I can only think of two or three minor flaws, and I'm only thinking that deeply because I think it could be a Caldecott contender. I love the color choices. I think it's a very smart and sharp book.

    10. I love, love the illustrations in this book. Beautiful! I'm a bit frustrated with the vocabulary used. The theme is wheels. Ok, great. The majority of the vocab is focused on cars: cars, trucks, tractors, limos. However, R is for rover, as in the Mars Rover and S is for stagecoach. Kinda confusing for kids.

    11. I think this is an okay alphabet book. Kids who really love things that go will like it a lot. There are a lot of opportunities to use a flannel/felt board, toys, and more with this book because there are so many wheeled things out there. The illustrations are very cute and it is fun to read.

    12. I thought this was so cute! I loved the illustrations. This is one I will revisit when my son is older, if he likes cars. :)

    13. If your kid likes a variety of vehicles, this would be a great abc book for him or her.Transporation ABCs

    14. This is a very good book for introducing the alphabet to young children. The pictures are interesting and I like how simple the words in the book are.

    15. October 2016 - fun, retro illustrations and clear letters - each letter is shown upper and lower case. Not much in terms of story or text, but good for vehicle enthusiasts.

    16. Simple and short even a toddler cold make it through this one. Each letter of the alphabet is attached to something to do with cars.

    17. Bright, graphic illustrations. Lots of little subtle nods throughout so pay attention (for example: the underdog, a woman, wins the race!).

    18. Creative alphabet book cobbled together a dirt of narrative through the alphabet. Diverse operators. Clever illustrations. (New/old: same car and buyer, decades apart)
