    1. OMG why does this author always have me in bits?! Review to follow but people please add this to your TBR!ReviewHaving read this author’s previous books I was aware I would be in for an emotive but compelling read and I was certainly not disappointed. The story outline is of two sisters Gwen Porter and her younger sister Charley Brant. Gwen has always been the sensible and supportive sister and has at most been a surrogate mother to Charley, due to their mother’s breakdown when their father l [...]

    2. WOW! What a amazing story. I dove in late one night and let the first couple chapters sit. By 50% in I started to crack. My heart was tattered. While I own Gravity, this is the first by L.D. Cedergreen book that I’ve read. I’m stunned at the depth of the story line and the emotional complexity of the writing. Centered around Gwen and Charley, sisters who share the heartbreak of having lost their father (he left) and growing up with a negligent mother, they form a solidarity in their pain. Bu [...]

    3. 4/5 StarsAnother great emotional read by Cedergreen! An accurate and realistic approach to someone who has to deal with (view spoiler)[cancer, sometimes terminal (hide spoiler)] and how it can affect their thoughts, feelings and actions. I liked both perspectives of the sisters, Gwen and Charley, however I did get a little bored with Charley's (view spoiler)[daddy issues (hide spoiler)] by the end of it all.

    4. The Words We Leave UnspokenLD Cedergreen5 starsGwen Porter is a wife dedicated to her husband and children. Her life has been her family and being there for them. But now her life has been shattered like a glass hitting a hardened floor. Her children – her husband – she has to tell them their world is about to change. Gwen’s sister Charley finds herself in endless turmoil never making it completely through to the end. Jobs, relationships – you name it – it never works out. Knowing she [...]

    5. This book was given to me for an honest review.5 starsThis is not the story I thought it would be. I thought we would be going through Gwen's life bit by bit and not worrying about everyone else that life would effect. I was so wrong. Even with everything that transpires with Gwen, its really not just about Gwen. It is about everyone that is involved in Gwen's life. There is not one moment that goes on in this book that you feel one person is monopolizing the story. Each person brings something [...]

    6. 4.5 stars - this is one of those books that I just couldn't put down, so I finished it in a day. Beautifully written story about a family's love, loss and forgiveness. I absolutely loved Gravity so I was looking forward to this book and it did not disappoint. I'm definitely a fan of L.D. Cedergreen.

    7. This was my first time reading anything by L.D. Cedergreen, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this touching story. This is one emotional story throughout this entirely read ,but I must you the balance is prefect and very thoughtful. The subject of this read isn't very easy to read about. L.D.Cedergreen has given us a story that is heavy at times and sad at other times but the way this author writes made me feel connected with these two women. This story revolves around Gwen and Charley ,w [...]

    8. I was so hesitant to delve into this book because the subject matter touched on something which has greatly impacted my life. Thankfully, I pushed on and found out that the premise of the story is much deeper than originally expected. I see the story being about all different types of love, miscommunications, misperceptions, and making a full circle back to love.We delve into different relationships – Gwen and Charley, Gwen and John, Gwen and her kids, Charley and Grey, Charley and her past, a [...]

    10. This book is fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for lots of plot, sex scenes that are sweet steamy but satisfyingly real and who can be satisfied about an ending that is equal parts happy and sad. I don't want to reveal too much, because this book has lots of twists and turns so I'll start by saying:This book reaches out, grabs you and holds onto you from the very first page. As the book opens I was astounded by the braveness of the author to take readers right into the act [...]

    11. Just the title alone of this book had me intrigued, but the first couple of pages had me absolutely hooked. The writing is so well done and the whole story is just…believable. I could relate to each character and their struggles, but the relationship between the two sisters was my favorite part.Gwen is the one who “has it all”. She has a great husband, wonderful kids, she volunteers and helps her neighbors. She’s just an all-around good person. She’s always been the one to help her sis [...]

    12. I received an ARC for an honest review. This is the first time I have read this authors work, and it will definitely not be the last. This is a beautifully written story about an extremely difficult subject. This story is about family, impending loss, powerful secrets, and most of all love. This is an emotional read, so have the tissues handy!Congrats to this author on an amazing storyline, and I will be recommending her work in the future!

    13. Loved this book! Such a bittersweet story about love, family and impending loss, I found myself getting pulled in and couldn't put it down. I liked the message of the book, that we don't speak up enough to our loved ones, that we need to be more honest with one another. I also couldn't help but see some similarities in my own life, in my relationship with my own sister and mother, and the things that happen to us in childhood that shape us later in our adult lives. I highly recommend this book!

    14. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZINGWow from the first chapter I was already hooked. I read it one day. The way L.D. CEDERGREEN writes makes you not want to stop reading. Love, family, and romance.

    15. I read Gravity before and loved it so I couldn't wait to read this book. I was not disappointed. This book was fantastic, it was full of emotion. I can say I am a L.D. Cedergreen fan.

    16. This is really 3 and a half stars but I am a tough with stars. This book like LD's others is a simple and easy read yet the characters are interesting having more depth than at first glance. I think that is what makes me keep reading her books. I don't have to plan on a huge commitment because she keeps the reading light enough that the book moves at a quick pace. I never want to put her books down. Her characters are real and endearing. This is what sets her apart from being just a "beach read" [...]

    17. The Words We Leave Unspoken is a heartbreaking story of strength, of finding yourself, of letting go of the past, and accepting the future. A book filled with sadness but also with hope, this book will take any reader through an emotional roller coaster while turning each page. If you are looking for a happy go lucky story with a typical HEA then this is not the book for you. Gwen and Charley each struggle throughout the story for different reason in different ways. Each finding strength from th [...]

    18. This book was a heart breaker right from the start. This story was lovingly told by both sisters. Each sister on her own life journey, but coming together for each other. I love the way L.D. Cedergreen tells this story, I felt for each sister and looked forward, with hope, for each next chapter.

    19. I was given a free copy for an honest review, I am dying crying, and emotional rec and no use to anyone. You are drawn in and the author tells you an amazing tale. Heart break is on the horizon as one mom fights and a sister gains her strength. Have lots of Kleenex on hand
