    1. I am not sure what I was expecting from this book but I feel like it was such a huge build up to have it flop in the end. It is about a brother and sister who have been fighting on and off all day and when a package arrives at the house they begin to imagine what can be said in this box. They are still arguing about what is in this box and discussing what they would with the item in the box. They discover this big box is not for them or even right the house and when finally the right package arr [...]

    2. A very large package is delievered to Charlie and Frances's house, and much of the book is spent speculating (and arguing) about what may be in it, as Mom has said to wait until Dad gets home. They finally agree it must be a lion and imagine all the things they can do with it. Dad comes home, discovers it's a mistake (the item he ordered is much smaller) and the twins have to make do with a tool kit. They decide to work together to build a lion house in case one ever *does* get delievered. The p [...]

    3. In this book a wrapped box arrives and a brother and sister get really excited about it just to discover it was meant for the neighbor. The art is inventive and it is meant to show how the kids who normally bicker about everything can join together to have fun, but the plot is weird. They become convinced the package contains a lion and then you never even get to see what was in the package. It feels like the final two pages were slapped on by someone else who didn't know how to end it. My kid w [...]

    4. Nice illustrations but does not have the greatest moral to the story. I did not like how the siblings were fighting over the package and then got upset when it was their dads package. If I was to use this book in my classroom it would be to show what not to do when you get a surprise package at your house. It would not be a good book to use on teaching manners.

    5. A pair of siblings imagine what is inside the package that was delivered to their home. They argue about who gets what is inside until they use a little imagination to work on something together. So-so.

    6. My 4-year-old thought this was an okay book. He often fights with his older brother so he understands sibling rivalry.
