This book was a pretty good review of the ins and outs of being an in-house graphic designer; it wasn't mindblowing, but overall I think it is something every in-house graphic designer should read. My biggest problem with the book was the design of the layout -- I would have assumed (falsely) that the graphic design of a book on graphic design would be stunning. Not so. Interviews and work examples were placed haphazardly in the middle of text, which compromised the fluidity of the book.
