Pretty fascinating and highly readable (if you know the very basic electoral system jargon) overview of 25 electoral systems, looking at why they were implemented, what results they've given and how they've impacted the political scene as well as what proposals for electoral reform have resulted. Maybe suffers from trying to do too much - 25 is still a somewhat limited number as it for example has no bloc voting systems and sometimes I wanted the chapters to be longer but I guess that's hard to [...]
