    1. relaxation recording and music. I like playaways generally for reading me to sleep (I just have to keep restocking the AAA batteries since I fall asleep without turning it off), so I thought I would try this, but after sampling it I will probably go back to stories. The first track has some "let it go, relax" type of narration recorded on it, after that is soothing new-agey music (lots of tingsha bells, harps and flutes). If that stuff works for you, go for it.
